Iku

Free yourself from the constraints of fixed recessed installations. Using the track as a flexible base allows you to position Iku downlights freely. Specifically targeted at individual room areas, light is only used where you need it. In contrast to conventional louvre lighting, fewer luminaires are used, thus achieving considerable energy savings. High-quality lighting design creates a positive spatial atmosphere and thereby enhances the quality of the environment.

Ambient luminescence, focal glow and play of brilliants. This is our planning approach, which focuses on the architecture and the needs of the people on site. Iku provides you with the right ambient lighting: enjoy ambient luminescence. Set highlights with accent light for focal glow, for example with ERCO spotlights. Last but not least, decorative lighting completes the high-quality atmosphere: the play of brilliants. Combine ERCO spotlights and wallwashers for track with Iku, the round downlight for tracks.

Always the right light distribution

Choose round beam angles such as wide flood (70°) or extra wide flood (80°) for efficient general lighting with large luminaire spacing. Corridors or long tables are ideally illuminated with oval flood (20° x 60°).

Swap lenses in no time at all

Is your room situation changing? Change the light distributions in a few simple steps by replacing the lenses. For example, change your lighting from round to oval light cones. The lenses can be freely rotated within the luminaire housing. This means that you can select the direction of the luminaire, even with oval light distribution.

1. As part of its development, ERCO analyses the use of its products for 20 years in an average usage environment corresponding to the respective luminaire category. The appropriate requirements are created by selecting suitable materials, applying empirical values from previous products, laboratory tests, endurance tests and certifications.


2. The service life of 20 years (= about 75,000 operating hours) targeted in the development approach presumes standard use of the product, compliance with state-of-the-art maintenance intervals and, for each year of use, a period of illumination of about 10 hours per day over 365 days.


3. The statements "20 years of worry-free operation", "service life of 20 years" and "Developed, tested and designed for a service life of 20 years" do not constitute a durability guarantee undertaking for our products over 20 years and do not exclude the possible need for repairs or service within this period. The actual service life depends on the specific operating conditions and the operating environment. Statutory warranty provisions remain unaffected.
